I just found this site, and thought it might be worth a try.
I need a loan for $1800.00 to pay off “back taxes” that are owed on property that my father owned. He passed away and the property goes to me by way of inheritance. I can not take a loan out on this property as of now because it has to go through the probate process first. I have untill 10/30/09 to pay the back property taxes owed or the county will take the property and sell it for the taxes. Funds can be paid directly to the county treasurers office if that works better for anyone.
I work with computers, so I can do ANYTHING for anybody that needs anything online done like building a website, etc…. in addition to paying back the loan as an extra “thanks” for helping me out. This property is my “home place” where I grew up and means alot to me. I don’t want to lose it over $1800.00!
