I have two-week-old twin sons who share a crib.

Is it bad to have them share a crib? When should I put them each in their own cribs? What about separate bedrooms?

I think that’s what a lot of people with twins do. Why don’t you ask your doctor?

We’re in between pediatricians right now. I was just wondering if anyone else has gone through this or knows what has worked for other people.

In between? After two weeks? They need one right away. Then ask.

We decided yesterday to stop going to the one we have been seeing based on a trust issue. I’ve talked to three potential ones this morning and I’m waiting for my husband to decide on one. I asked them all their opinions and they have given very different veiws on the subject. I was just looking for some motherly advice.

I think twins sharing a crib is fine…. until they physically grow too big…. i know a mother who topped and tailed them until they were over a year old.

Oh, I’m not a mother. I wish I was as lucky and blessed as you.

Thank you anyway. I hope some day you are as lucky as me.

Thanks to everyone for the help. The doctor said that they should be fine until their older. He said that sometimes when twins who share a crib get older, they start to keep eachother up at night playing, instead of sleeping.
