Facebook - Can’t report application comments?

I can’t see any way to report offensive comments on the Polls application on Facebook. Can anyone tell me how?

Btw this is what they said:
“Every time I see a post that suggests that humans be tortured for fighting dogs, I’m going to burn a puppy alive. I will even sing a happy jolly song while the puppy screams. So think about that before you post your sick nonsense you bleeding hearts.”
