I feel sick,

but its wierd.
i get food cravings then when i eat i feel nauseous
i start feeling dizzy for no reason
and i get really bad cramps in my belly
and i feel to heavy to walk
i dont no why ?

Call your doctor, he / she will tell you whats wrong.

No, it is not normal.
Human body is designed to digest food with no pain at all.. If you are eating the right things that is.

Go to your doc and find out what the issue is because to get dizzy because you eat and to feel pain is very odd.
I could understand those symptoms if it were a case of not eating at all..

stop drinkin large quantities of lemon juice?
or maby it’s to much sourcraut at once,,,,that does it to me every time
maby your drinking to much viniger at once
reduce it to less than a cup a day

Gastro-oesophogeal reflux disease - it is quite common and would explain you symptoms. Do you have bad indigestion as well basically whenever you eat? It is basically where you have a valve between your stomach and oesophagus and it lets acid from your stomach through, therefore making you feel sick and giving you really bad stomach cramps. Avoid meat and dairy for the time being.
