That depends on people’s definitions, and there are many many definitions for emo as there are people. In the most literal sense, emo is just short for emotional. But what do you care? Wouldn’t you rather just be you than be emo?

emo is just a stereotype to cover a large group of people. Its usually used about a ertain type of music and fashion style. It can also include cutters. Personally I don’t think cutter should be included in the sterotype. I thinnk that you can be a cutter and not me emo. I take emo in its literal, emotional, and really I think cutters have a lot of their problems because their not emotional enough…I’m a cutter, and Im deep in my music. I’m not emo im just me. You are just you, whatever you want you to be.
