Extremely happy but yet devastatingly fearfull!

I was watching a medium program yesterday morning. It was about a mother who had lost her son. The medium asked the mother if she had always known that her son would die at a young age intuitively. She said yes.
He told her that there was nothing she could of done to prevent his death, and that the knowing he would die at a young age was just so that she could prepare herself for that moment in life.

This story hit home. I have been with my boyfriend for about a 2 years now. We live together and we are realy realy happy. But since the beginning of our relationship I have had a fear he would have some kind of accident that would take him away from this world. A feeling that he wouldn´t live to an old age.

I don´t know what to do with this feeling..

Please help..

There isn’t much you can do. Just tell him to be careful I guess.
These things aren’t always the same; you just might be worried cause you love him so much and cause you’re really happy and you’re scared to lose all that.
Hopefully this isn’t the same situation as the mother’s, and you both live a long happy life.
Don’t worry about it too much; worrying might do more damage than good. Just enjoy here and now and the rest will fall into place.

I believe that. My brother gave me the advice to live everyday like it is the last with him, that way I will enjoy the maybe small time we have left together or increase the 95 years we grow old together. :)

what’s more u can investigate statistic!!!i mean how old r u!?i imagine u r 22 and ur bf is 22 too,so how many people in ur country die in age 22!??it must be s.th less than 5%…u see 5% doesn’t worth worrying,so enjoy urself…don’t think about it at all :)
