Can’t we just use the heat energy generated by laptops and computers?

Right now the AC adaptor box thing for this HP Laptop is intensely hot, and I was just thinking, isn’t it possible to somehow manipulate that energy?
Maybe individually and on-a-small-scale it couldn’t be used for much, but like, renderfarms at Pixar and spacetracking equipment at NASA surely could do something…?

Trying to save the planet here! :D Would it work? Is this possible?

My laptop battery is bust up so I have to keep it constantly plugged in :p

Solar energy is good, but it’s not powerful enough or ‘mainstream’ enough.

We do.
It heats our homes, so any heating on a thermostat will switch off sooner.
This of course only apply in winter.
In summer if you have Air conditioning it is not only wasted but uses the same amount again in extra Air conditioning useage.

I’ll tell you what - you invent something to make that wasted energy useful and you will be able to afford McDonalds.

if your laptop is functioning properly, then it really shouldnt get hot enough to heat an entire home. idk if wanting everyone to get laptops that overheat is such a good idea lol.
