get in touch with some old friends or family. even though lots of people complain about seeing their family, if you’re lonely it’ll work a treat and they’ll all be there to help you.

Talk with online people? I used to be…really, really lonely…and I got online friends. :D

Now, though, I have more friends! :D But exercise, music, a movie might take your mind off of loneliness?

look for and find something that you can be passionate about. Investigate life, look for: Why, what, when, who and how, etc.. Ask why were you born. Find out if
there anything after we die and many, many, other things that can keep you busy.
