Love help: An escape from I - Help.com

An escape from I

staring down the floor from my lonely and dark heart
looking for help if there’s any
losing hope losing mind
i’ve gone too far i dont know how to go home
how can i be this way
walking blind

how can i escape from i
tell me how can i escape from my lonely heart
who’s gonna light my way

all things i’ve done left me more bitter and hungry
and boy it gets lonelier and darker
i want to leave this prison of mine
self inflicted wounds seem to bound me

how can escape from i
tell me how can i escape from my lonely heart
who’s gonna light my way

then i see a change a hope
an unknown man comes to my rescue
take my dark and lonely heart
my own afflictions he bore
why, i dont even know you
why, i dont even know you

blood is running through his body
i cant even see the measure of his sufferings
all for me
all for me

now i see a light
through that man alone
i am now free
those sins that bound me no more i see

Lord Jesus thank You
