CUT your internet!!!!

I know that sounds harsh but you need to get away from the ease of it, phone your internet provider and cancel NOW..
Also get in toush with your bank and ask them to cancel any onlin purchases, meaning you can’t buy anything online.

You can do it, you just need to take yourself out of all the situtaions that make it easy for you.

Ok, to get yourself to do that, look at your next months or last months bank statement, look at it and whatever it says you can be sure it will be even 10 times worse than that in a few months, you need to get a grip of it now!!!

Force yourself to do this, tell someone who will make you follow through with this, anything just don’t let this spiral because it nearly always does!

You do it, make sure you tell someone and really you do need to get rid of the internet or atleast ban your bank card from online shopping…
You need to take control of the addiction and not let it control you, I wish you all the luck I know how beastly addictions can be!

Get help from a professional. At this point things can only get worse unless you try and get help.

if you cant get on the internet, you cant gamble online.also, if you dont have the credit cards to access it, you also cant. so that parts relatively simple.

however youre not actually dealing with the addiction problem you have if you just cut the internet off, and youll probably just replace it with something else.
so once youve got rid of the internet, and cut up the credit cards, you need to get yourself down to somewhere like AA, which is for alcoholics but still deals with addictive behaviours in general. they have meetings eeeeeeeverywhere.
im sure they could recommend a great gambling support group too.

The only way to beat any addiction is to SEE yourself better off without the thing you are “addicted” to. I mean really, you are addicted to losing money? Why not pick something positive to be addicted to like working out or making people laugh. My addictions have always been related to being unhappy. Find something that makes you happy and do that instead.

P.S. I kicked tobacco cold turkey after 12 years. It really wasn’t all that hard, just quit buying the stuff!
