ok iv ben tryin to find this out for a long time..if i am a 17 year old woman..am i legal to

move away from my gardiens and/or come & go from them as i please?
please help..:)
(this is if i stay in school and not leave the state)

Yes. In the USA at least you can’t run away after you turn 16.

If you have enough money and can actually carve a future for yourself, by all means go ahead.

Your parents are probably just waiting for you to do that so they can go on a long vacation to the Bahamas. They probably need it after taking care of you for 17 whole years!
