I look online,, go out in nature. It all depends what kind of art your talking about. I just pick a color and use different shades of it. Or I make something small and leave it out in public for some one else. Maybe a small sized art card like a sports trading card size or bookmarker. I take pictures also to get my muse going or grab random objects and make assembaleges. I dont sell my art . I just do it for fun.

I know that sounds pretty basic, but it works for me..
