I can’t stop eating!
Hey everyone, could you please help me– I’m trying to lose weight, and exercising enough, but I find myself eating when I’m not hungry. I live with my parents and there is always food around. My mum–bless her– is always baking cakes and cooking up something yummy. I’ve told her I’m trying to lose weight but I can’t stop her cooking for herself. Anyone have any ideas on how I can avoid having food on my mind constantly? It’s mostly snacks that do it! Argh.
