I can’t stop eating!

Hey everyone, could you please help me– I’m trying to lose weight, and exercising enough, but I find myself eating when I’m not hungry. I live with my parents and there is always food around. My mum–bless her– is always baking cakes and cooking up something yummy. I’ve told her I’m trying to lose weight but I can’t stop her cooking for herself. Anyone have any ideas on how I can avoid having food on my mind constantly? It’s mostly snacks that do it! Argh.

i agree ^
If home is tempting you, go for a jog and spend a day at the gym. Also, research! Find healthy yummy snacks that will keep you from starving, but are good for you too! I would suggest Yoplait yougurt, it comes in many different yummy flavors, cranberry juice has lots of antioxodents, and remember to eat lots of fruits and veggies!

dont stop eating if you want to loose weight. just eat healthy and exercise. Leave the stuff like potato chips to you parents or something and take an apple.

Do more stuff…hang out wi friend more…get into routine of going foe long walks every evening!! Its just a habit,prove to yourself you can get ou of it and u r gona loose weight. And i agree with the above instaed of eating all the wrong foods eat a apple of something low fat and healthy.
