NO ONE here will give you money or even consider it.

you can get married in a registrars office for about 50 quid, I’m sure you could manage that.

And if you’re battling breast cancer do you really think it is the best thing to get married. wouldn’t it be better to wait until you are recovered. that would help give you something to look forward to :)

i feel the same way waitting on income tax to get married

I think a job might help, typically employment means that you receive money. Also, in many cases it also means that you get some form of health care. Sounds like that could definitely be helpful.

I am from Manitoba Canada.
When we get married here if we don’t have the funds for a wedding we raise it. We have socials. You sell tickets usually 10$ each and you rent a hall, get a liquor license, have silent auctions. We don’t just ask for handouts. We help our friends out. Usually the bridal party runs most of it. See if they will help you out… its just a huge fundraiser. I think we only really do it in manitoba. But you could make it work anywhere. People raise like thousands of dollars. I know ppl who have had their entire wedddings paid for this way…
