there is no control.

no matter what i’m doin it feels very wrong. i have no energy and no excitement. my drive in life has been removed. i don’t even know what to ask for help for except help itself

It def. sounds like depression. you should look into some free counseling or if you are insured, talk to your doctor. i guess they have drugs that help with feelings like that, and talking about it will help. Good luck, hugs to you.
