avatar help: I can’t get my jpg image to upload for my avatar. - Help.com

Are you looking for information on uploading an avatar or why you aren’t recieving notices on tags you’re subscribed too?

Unfortunately both of these features have been disabled until further notice. Looks like you’ll have to stick with your “letter of the alphabet” avatar. You can also Contact us with any other issues you have.

Yea, the whole uploading avatars thing doesn’t work anymore. It’s been like this for a very long time.

You could always post the ‘cute pic’ on your profile page. That still works.

even though you cant upload it to your avatar space i think you may be able to put it into your profile somehow. maybe someone knows. I havent done that, but ive seen it like that on others profiles.
