Has anyone any ideas on how to cheer yourself up?

I’m really down right now… I’ve just so much going on, way too much in my head. I need a break, or a laugh

well if you believe in God and Jesus Christ, get a guitar and worship your Maker (usually is more fun if you go to an open field with friends but that might be too hippie -ish).
However if your a secular kinda person, watch american dad or family guy.

Other options are:
~Get a hobby, like gardening or biking
~Go out with friends to a park and run around and do things.
~Build a rocket ( a toy one) and blast it off (in an open field)
~Go to the bookstore or any other common place for people to be and video tape yourself pranking people (nothing bad look online or youtube to get ideas also fun to do this with friends)
~Get an empty notebook and get as many people as you can to sign their name… just for fun (maybe you could make up a reason if they ask…

I usually go for a jog - exercise releases natural endorphins which basically get you high and lift your mood. You will also sleep better. Or do some yoga - it’s amazingly relaxing - after a yoga class you feel like you’re walking on a cloud.
