this site is called help for a reason so help me!

i was out today at school and it felt like both corners of my mouth was like really dry and it hurt. and when i got home i looked in the mirror and one of the corners had like a red thing on it.. but i moisterised it and it doesnt hurt anymore.. im not sure if its coz they were dry or something else.. please help

also.. there was no tingling or buring or itchyness.. just the feeling that they were really dry

Sounds like chapped lips. Very dangerous and rare condition.

its like on the in the corner..like from right on the line of the lip and goes intowards my mouth. and today was quite hot and i walked about 2km…
