I have Simply Accounting questions!

I can not print my reports on one page… they span several pages, and it seems that I can not adjust things correctly. Where do I do to fix that and what is the standard setting I should apply to my columns and margins?
Also, the font on my invoices is extremely small, and I don’t know how to fix it! Please help me!

Accountant reporting in! :D (give thanks to c-eek :) - i /do/ like her :) )

Right - Simply Accounting… - that sounds like you are refering to a specific software package (i’m not familiar with that one)

Standard tricks though - when you click print, and the little print screen comes up, have a look on that screen (and the “page setup” if you can find it) - and look for a button that says “fit on one page” or “span across x pages” - something along those lines - you might also want to change the orientation from portrait (standard) to landscape (you can do this from the same place)

Columns and margins are most likely in page setup also…

As for invoices - is it just the font, or the entire layout? - not sure about this one - can you give any more information?
