I want to create an application that will always have

a small red dot in the very middle of my screen at all times on top of anything (even if I open full-screen applications such as games).

Basically as if I drew a small red dot with a pen in the middle of my monitor. Obviously I don’t want to draw a dot.

Anyone has any suggestion?

No, it’s not. I don’t play games besides minesweeper. Never played multiplayer games before. I’m too old for that.

If you’re looking for a makeshift crosshair then might I suggest the old fashion way, 2 pieces of clear tape on the monitor.
