Hi,in 2007 l collected a loan of 11000 euros from a

certain bank and the bank added interest of 5000 euros,which is together 16000 euros to be paid in a period of 5years.l paid 270 euros monthly.l have been paying for almost 2years now.7 months ago l lost my job,which has made it very difficult to pay the rest of the loan.What should l do ?Please help me because the bank will soon come on me! Also,the bank took about 650 euros from the 11000 euros as insurance.Can´t the insurance company help ? The whole issue is serious because l cannot find a job,which means l cannot pay.PLEASE WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW. THANK YOU

Ring the bank explain the situation they SHOULD give you a bit of breathing space.
If they will not, ring the insurance company.

What kind of insurance did you get for your loan? I bought a new truck last week and the insurance that I’m paying for in the loan is to cover me if I lose my job or get injured and can’t work. Look into it, call the bank and ask them for help. They will definitely want you to keep paying the loan instead of filing for bankrupcy as they will not get paid at all.
