You ever play hide and seek? You know when you would hide in a cabinet or somthing where you couldn’t look out, and you knew that the person looking for you was walking right by you. It’s somewhat similar, your heart races, you feel flushed and full of anxious energy, you have the urge to shout and run, but have to bottle it all up and be small and still and quiet. It’s rather a bit maddening.
