oh wow let me explain..i am *saving up* which means not yet. I am not in my parents custody yet the states, my parents passed away. I am turning 17 in 2 months.you sound like my friends parents! lol :)

As for dressing to impress… i think you have to be comfortable otherwise you end up being uncomfortable when you meet….so if you buy a new outfit try it out beforehand… make sure you are comfortable in it.
