My Heel.

When i started running my heel started hurting really bad like on a scale from 1-10 it would be like a 8.so i stopped running and limped home. So anyone got an idea of whats up with my heel?

Have you ever damaged it? (Fell, jumped down from a height, etc.)

Maybe you need new shoes! :)

mm… well if you don’t warm up and stretch your achilles tendon then when you start running hard you can injure it.

The safest way to run is to keep your “toes under your nose” ie. small steps and high cadence. The longer your stride the more likely you will bang on those heels instead of landing on more of your foot.

I know running at high cadence with small strides sounds and feels weird at first but it really is more comfortable and safe in the long run.
