health help: So i havent been on here in a while. - Help.com

So i havent been on here in a while.

Thats kind of surprising but not at the same time. Im doing so much better its unbelievible! Well after my story you wont think so but mentally im doing great!

My dad has a new job that was given to him by the workers comp people. He sits in a room for 8 hours a day and listens to the radio, writing down each radio commercial, and gets paid 24/hour for it! LOL! Im so happy for him! hes seeing a chiropractor also. He has carple tunnel in both his wrists and is about to have a double surgery on them. He has a few degenerated disks in his neck and needs surgery on that as well. But hes being a good trooper and is making it through!

Me, im doing pretty good. Minus a really bad Wednesday this week. I was in my first car accident. THe person that i hit cut across two lanes just to turn in front of me. She was cited with an illegal lane change and will more then likly get a ticket for lack of insurance because she still has yet to produce any. I didnt go to the hospital but the pain was so horrible that i had to go to the doctors last night to find that i have a strain in my neck. My back is not totaly aligned the way it should. And my pelvis is out of alignment due to my quad accident about 4 years ago. So a few months of chiropractic work and i should be good as new! Or so we hope! What shocked me the most about the accident was how i acted. Usually in such a caotic situations i would have been hystericle and crying all over the place. I was making jokes with the paramedics and talking about how the Yanks won the world series. I didnt cry at all! Im amazed at how stong im getting and its a nice feeling to have knowing that im heading the right direction instead of backwards!

Thanks to everyone on here who put up with my over-reactions to all my life problems and thanks for calming me down and making me feel important again. THis site is an amzing gift and everyone on here has a gift as well! So be proud to be here!
