Received letter advising you couldn’t process my recent payment.

I have a “free” account. Tried to go to https://bill.aol.com and filled out info but after hitting enter the screen just sat there for 7 hours! Please help me.

You need to contact AOL then - we are a help site, more based on emotional help etc.

Be really careful with that email you got though, there are a lot of *fake* ones floating about. I would recommend finding a telephone number for AOL and asking a customer service rep if this really is the case!!

I recommend stopping payment on the check until you verify with AOL that the payment request was not a scam. Carol
