There should be a water outlet plug… normally located at the front of the machine that when you unscrew it will release any water.. make sure you have a shallow bowl underneath it when you open it to collect the water that will come out

I echo the above- if you can’t find the outlet (some new machines have outlets in less obvious places) then Google the make and model and ‘troubleshooting’- some helpful soul will have answered your question for you.

The hose could also be plugged. Check it and remove the blockage. It’s all good. And also what they said.
