For about the last two weeks, I’ve been having weird dreams. - Help.com

For about the last two weeks, I’ve been having weird dreams.

Not nightmares, just extremely wear dreams. Most of them are the same though: something kidnaps me, or jumps out and scares me. It’s usually in a house that I’m in or something, and when I wake up I freak out, and think that it would really happen. What do you think these dreams mean?

they dont mean anything, dreams are just the proverbial vomit of our subconscious getting rid of excess information. this is probably just something youve either been exposed to possibly without knowing, have read about, seen , or been thinking about.
the more you think about it, the more youll dream about it. its nothing more than a subconscious mind obsession.

Could also be a sign of deep seated insecurity. Try to relax with a nice mug of horlicks/cocoa before bed. Should stop the problem if it is insecurities
