Eye help: Ok silly medical question time. - Help.com

Ok silly medical question time.

My right upper eyelid is swollen near the lashes.I dont see or feel any bumps.It doesnt itch.The eye itself is not red and there is no discharge.It only hurts a little when i blink really hard or when i touch it.Any ideas?

Oh and P.S, It says on wiki that if left untreated it can be there for up to 2 years…
I have had them before and mine have cleared up on there own within a week, so I guess it varies.
