Unknown I have had depressive thoughts for years,

and the pain came from that, well my girlfriend made them go away and now i have physical pains but i am not injured..

Let me get this straight.

1) You had physical pain which you attributed to depression (which is a debatable causation).
2) You found yourself a girlfriend and the original pain went away.
3) Now you have new pain which you dis-attribute to any physical injury.

Have you seen a physician? Were you ever treated for your depression? Who told you that your pain was caused by depression? If your original pain was caused by depression, was it a depressive episode or a depressive disorder? If it was a depressive disorder, has a medical professional declared you “cured”?

I’d wager that your pain is caused by something physical if you no longer fit the definition for a depressive disorder in the DSM-IV, and that it is still attached to your depression if you still fit the definition.
