Hi, how is pimple formation and chips such as hot cheetos related? - Help.com

Hi, how is pimple formation and chips such as hot cheetos related?

Base on personal experience, it does not seem that oil and greasy food speeds up pimple formation, but fried food does. What in the fried food affects pimple formation, and how?

Does it have to do with a certain special type of fat that’s produced during the frying process?
Is the overall pimple formation regulated by hormone?
I have heard that pimples are formed by the colonization of certain bacteria at the pore. Does the formation of bacterial colony stimulates the formation of pimple or is it the other way around?

Thanks

Eat greasy foods, you get grease on you… your hands and your face… that grease clogs pores. Atleast that’s been my experience. AS long as I wash my hands and face right after I eat I don’t get pimples.

Okay, so you eat an excess of greasy foods. Then it over saturates your pores. This invites dirt in to clog the pore and trap bacteria. The grease becomes food for the bacteria and infection of that pore is caused by the colonies fecal output.
(Yeah. . .I know - ugh.) But, true.

I sometimes eat cheetos with chopstick so I can use the keyboard, but I still get zits. Aside from external grease, does chips promote pore clog from the inside of the body? If it does, how?
