have you realized, you cant stop something (such as

cutting, anorexia, alcohol, whatever) and feel better without it in your life if you only stopped because you had to? Like if people where pressuring you to, or you where made to stop? you have to really, truely want something out of your life to quit anything addicting. Anyone else’s thoughts?
