be more speific please.. are you talking about each download you do on the internet through your internet browster?
then the answer is depends
some intenret providers have a cap on your download wich will shut off your intenret if you hit it. It is usualy prety high so you probably never will unless you are just downloading movies a couple times a day every day. It shouldnt add to your monthly charge thouh they will just turn it off untill the next month.
other then that you are paying for a connection to the internt so what you transfer is covered in that automaticly
