If you actually bought it, you contact the manufacturer or distributor. Of course, if you had actually bought it, you wouldn’t be posting anonymously in search of a go around (there are several sites devoted to getting around game security).

If it is activated over the internet it might be your firewall try disabling it and then activating it.
