You should consider going to Social Services. They will try to get you a place to stay and also food stamps.

We are all feeling the crunch of these economic times and just one foot closer to being out the door ourselves.

I am so sorry you are in this position.

wait why would you buy a house at 20 percent interest, this kinda sounds like some one trying to get money from the nice people on here because at 20 percent your paying 100k on a 20k home over 30 years in interest alone… why would any one do that?

Ending up paying an interest rate of 20% a month is easy if you go to the wrong people to borrow money!

thats a pitty that any one would do that, but that would mean your house payments for an avrage loan would be 3000 a month.. wouldnt you talk to some one by that point and say this is not common for me to be paying this much

I am serious…. and no i’m not joking…. and i’m very smart. At the moment we are in the middle of a credit crunch…. people are finding things hard and resorting to using loans from companies that feed off the misery of others…. Below is the small print from a company that is currently advertising on television in the UK…. legally…. look at the interest rate they are charging…. only desperate people would even think of using a company like this but believe me this company and others like them are making a fortune off other people’s misery!

Terms and Conditions apply. Finance charge will be between £10 and £14.75 per £50 bo
rrowed. Typical 2356% APR. †Loan amounts are based on consumer’s credit history and ability to repay loan. Not everyone may qualify for £1000 ‡QuickQuid performs traditional credit checks, while still accepting those with less-than-perfect credit. QuickQuid verifies applicant information via various national databases. §Funds will be deposited the same working day, if approved by 14:30. ¶Approval may take up to 30 minutes in most cases. Payday advances should be used for short-term financial needs only, not as a long-term financial solution. Customers with credit difficulties should seek credit counselling.
