I think I have meningitis, It’s pretty serious, and has been linked to death and brain damage.

My fever and neck stiffiness have left me being unable to drive or attend work, but I don’t have health insurance so I can’t see a doctor, what the hell am I suppose to do?!

if youve got meningitis, theres no way in hell or earth you could make a post on help.com.
you probably have the flu.
likewise, if you really seriously thought you had such a serious illness, youd be at the ER right now, regardless of insurance.
