I’m not trying to be the gray storm cloud …

but do you think the world will end in 2012? I’ve been watching a lot of documentaries on that, and found some scriptures in the bible about that, philosophical theories, etc. Basically my point is that I do believe I have a bias standpoint on it especially because before 2000 hit people were saying that’s when the world’d end. I think it’s crazy how the time we’re living in is kind of the era of panic (recession, H1N1, etc.).

I believe something may happen, what it is I am unsure. It is also the end of the Mayan Calender. I heard some theories about the sun, a bunch of crazy crap. We can’t know until it hits us. Then good luck!

There is no hard evidence, so no. I may be prepared anyway. I kind of hope something does happen though, not saying the end but a drastic event that will change life as we know it.

Yeah, that is true. In case anything happens we won’t know until it hits us. It’s crazy how we already spent like so much money towards things of that nature.

In order for human beings to change and adapt drastically, and I think we need to, some major has to happen.

if i wanted to, i could twist the words of ten hundred scriptures and verses and bibles and philosophies to make a very convincing argument that the world is going to end next week.
doesnt mean its true though does it.

In a way you might just be able to pull it off if you do it right. Say the Koreans plan on blowing up the us in 2012 (Making it convincing of course) leading to mass hysteria, we blow them up first out of fear, someone blows us up, etc…. domino effect. Isn’t it awesome! The power of language!

Very high possibility. Haha I think I might’ve gave my mind more to ponder about. I found this comment on yahoo answers by someone asking a similiar question to the one I just asked you all. It says: “Im tired of hearing that 2012 is the end of the world. It says in the bible that God is the only one who knows when that will be. So how does everyone else know? It says that he will come like a thief in the night. He is not going to come when everyone is expecting him. The end may be soon, but i dont think that it is going to be on Dec 21, 2012″

lol. the bible does mention that quote about the whole “thief in the night”, but then again how could a whole bunch of different cultures come up with the same ideas?

Could be. Don’t no. I hope it is magic that would be nifty. What we consider magic is basically something that happens that is unexplainable.

I was taking it in different viewpoints. I noticed that a lot of the theories are based around religion or what the bible/book of revelations say. Nostradamus even had religious findings of sorts and whatnot.

I dont think wolrd would end in 2012, so enjoy your lives and be great-full for what you have and what you do in life, it is up 2 god when the world will end, no one will know, no scientist can judge what will happen because god will change so many things in a minute…. the only way that the world would end so quickly is this stupid hate and war that goes on between countries, who knows that there will be some massive nuclear bomb to clear every one even befor 2012? i hope people do agree with what im talking about and what my point is here . . i hope all this war ******** and hate stops and people realize that living is a great thing and live your lives like a normal human being……
