British man with secure software job in Thailand seeks

$150,000 loan to buy profitable Thai hotel business from my ex-wife before she sells it to someone else! (I can offer the business as security if I default on the loan) I’m saving up money to buy her out but there are others who have the cash now to buy her out if they wish)

This may not be the place to look my friend, especially if you have a time line. Try bring another hotel owner in as a partner maybe:) Good luck.

your best bet is to stop looking for loans (unless you have already been to the banks, and asked them for a business investor loan) and start looking for partners/shareholders to run it.

But - the main problem is, if someone can loan 150k, why wouldn’t they just buy the business direct? - you need to move in more money orientated circles than this!

Good luck though (assuming you aren’t trolling of course) :)
