Are you comfortable going out alone or you always have to be with people?

I always have to be with someone like i’m not comfortable going out to have a coffee or whatever by myself..i think it’s strange can someone tell me how do i do that

i feel wierd doing things on my own, but then i dont have any friends so i dont have a choice, i just gotts do it
