Agree with post above, you’re a cutie. But you have to look at what you are looking for too. And what are you doing… dying?
My husband is one of those type though who dresses well when he wants but gets scruffy as well (like on leave from the military) he had the same problem, finding a woman. He finally realized that he was setting his standards so high that he would be alone until he was in his 40’s or so. Finally he re evaluated and he started getting more dates, he wasn’t happy still until he met me but that’s because I was what he was looking for and if he had kept his standards where they were he would have never given me the chance and thus never gotten married and been happy. He’d still be sitting in his barracks room reading exalted books :P
Females in my age range like a guy that is good looking, but we’ll settle for decent, a guy that has a sense of responsibility and the will to want to take care of us. A guy that has a job, car, place to live etc. One that has some sort of education and intelligence along with a sense of humor and a touch of class somewhere in there. I like my guys fun.

Its not just looks that attract girls its your personality that counts aswell :)
