download dreamweaver and photoshop trials. get some html books from the library and just try out some stuff, thats how i learnt, it will take a few goes to get a website you are happy with but if you apply yourself you will het there. after 1 week i didnt even need the books anymore.

also you can use the internet and search, but i find it is only good if you know what you need to do, flicking through a book i found out about things i didnt know i needed, such as meta tags. i wouldnt have added them if i didnt have the book

well its up to your preference, i like cs4 but my bro prefers cs3, i never used cs3 so i dont find the latest diffcult to use. they are similar but it depends which you are used to learning.

if your new to dreamweaver i would use cs4, its the easiest to get your hands on.

well you can either pay, or find an illegal way around it, im sure you can find out how if you ask google

you will need a key, but like all software you can download a crack to get it working without paying, i do not advise it, i dont want to get in trouble.

web design is harder than it looks, but if you want a simple website to put like ur biography i suggest Dreamweaver as well… you can actually download it as a torrent , go to google and learn about torrent… i heard that torrent is illegal and stuff, so am not sure , check ur country…
