i have been here for a long time as well ^_^…

when i came here i use to think i had it hard and that nobody can understand the pain i was in… after some month, i found out that no matter what, other ppl are feeling the same pain and even worst, no matter how hard you think you got it, there are ppl who really have it worst…

if you still wana go with the self pity that you have it the worst, right in this second a person has died from hunger, you still you have it worst?

A perfectionist believes that nothing has value unless it is perfect and that includes people.

You are judging yourself because you make mistakes. Worse, you probably judge others for the same reason. That’s why you have problems with people.

When you accept that we ALL are fallible animals motivated by our individual hopes and fears (and not by right, wrong, good or bad) then you can accept yourself and everyone else as worthy of love, respect and affection regardless of the mistakes we make.
