You need to burn more calories than you take in.

Eat portion controlled meals (microwave weight watchers or the like) and exercise in the fat burning range of your heartrate. Note that if you exercise too fast, you will be in aerobics which improves your heart/lung capacity but isn’t designed to burn fat. Relatively slow + long is fat burning.

Well!
As Linnuxya says burn more calories than you eat.

So the main thing is eating less and excersing more! Also the type of excersise is important!

Depending on your height and weight you would need about 1500-2500 calories on average per day. The more you excercise the more calories you need.

So the aim is to keep the calorie intake below the calories used to loose weight!

Calorie intake has to be monitored… then burn off more calories than you ate.

Please don’t rely on microwave weight watchers meals…. or anything similiar. Get yourself a good nutrition book…. or download off the net… and a good set of scales.
