i know someone who went to captains mast and the captain reduced him in rank from an E-5 to an E-4.

however that was over a month ago and he is still getting paid as if he were an E-5. will he have to pay back the difference in the pay checks? and if so what do they look at as far as the break down in his pay checks when he is reduced? just curious because he might owe the military alot of money and he is trying to figure out how much he owes…if anything.
