I’m not a fashionista, well not a rabid one anyway, but this site seems really helpful for giving fashion tips for those on a budget. I’m not going to bother rating it, as I haven’t used it.

lol… looked at the site and got overwelmed(please exuse the spelling , maybe help.com will intsall a spell check option for me), but other than that… if you would like to see another site on fashion of hats and skarfs is http://www.modestworld.com it is suposed to be a site were everything is modest…
