my so called best friend is trying to con me out of thousands of pounds i lent her and my catologe.

her daughter has conned me out of a mobile phone and her son in law has conned my catolouge out of hundreds.
i suffer with panic attacks, depression, have trouble with my joints
i dont no how long i can go on i cant sleep at night even with my medication, am so low in life and sometimes i cant breath right
i just bdont no what to do anymore
she even swore on her grandsons life that she wont con me, she even lieing to people about me
am kind and honestb and would do anyhting for anyone.

Firstly, for your own health forgive her, and just don’t grieve or expect anything from her. Move on in your life to new activities and friends, perhaps find or start a support group for people suffering as you have been. And try to focus your mind on all the good things around you. This really helps to overcome the panic attacks. You have to keep working at it everyday. Put on your favorite music, read a book or listen to audio stories. Whatever you do you can’t change another person only the way you respond.
