I’ve tried listening to different things while i am sleeping… hoped to subcociously learn a new language at one point…. i still haven’t achieved it…. maybe before you fall into a deep sleep any music playing may alter your mood so you dream according to how you felt just as you fell asleep but i think once you are asleep your brain doesn’t take in much of what is going on in the background.

it can do. but plenty of things can affect your dreams, theyre just the proverbial vomit of things your subconscious has picked up on.
dairy before bed, particularly cheese will affect your dreams negatively usually.
