Its kinda hard to explain…since I dont have the vocabulary and if I did you wouldnt understand, but in simple words..guys get in love with their equals, if a guy is a computer-type of person, he’ll much likely get involved with someone with the qualities he’s looking for, and that will be pretty much a computer-type-of-girl (Its not ALWAYS like that but it tends to be that way at least for the marriages that work..)Thus; If you’re a smart girl and that guy doesnt pays atention to you..he’s pretty much gay Or not smart enough ^_^!

There’s too much to it(love) tho, sometimes other things interfer..or he just wont Look at you with the eyes you want him to..Or simply things are not meant to be..love/Relationships are such complex subject to talk about..that If you actually needed a better accuarate answer it would have to be someone in your environment the best person to ask…Try your Mom(Not a joke I relly mean it)..Or your best friend….sometimes they can give you better answers than us because they know whats happening..who’s the..Lucky one.. and all those details we dont know about,But I hope I was of some help anyways :)!

I think that you have to look for reasons in our instincts. Those developed less than some may think, during the development of Homo Sapiens.
Look at a dog! Before going to sleep, it often turns around a few times “to flatten the grass”, even if it is a hard indoor floor. That behaviour is caused by its instincts.

A man’s sub-conscious instinct may possibly be to be on top of the situation, to “be in charge” of his woman and may feel a smart woman as a treat. I like smart girls, but I may not be typical. But I also have that “take-care-of-feeling” for my girl, as if she wasn’t able to do that by herself! I get that feeling also for female friends, but not for male friends. I believe it is an instinct.

Then look at the girls’ choices: Why are girls always going for the bad guys? There are a lot of jokes about that nice guys don’t lay any girls, but there is a real substance in it. Girls like violent men, and men with six-pack and large muscles.
I believe that the reason is ancient. Before civilization, the fast men got himself a girl. The strong man was able to keep her. The violent man could defend his family and scare away threats. It was a safety issue.

Civilization developed, and smartness outweighs strength. Some girls see that and choose smart men, but you can still see too much of the opposite. I believe that the reasons can be found in such instincts.
