I have the complexion of a 15 year old, and not in a good way.

I am in my 30’s and am having a rough skin week. Other than the usuals - exfoliate, lots of water, etc - does anyone have any suggestions? I would love to hear it.

I feel like a dalmation…

Exfoliating always made my face break out.
Harsh cleaners too.

Shampoo is gentle for washing the face on the cheap and it won’t clog pores.

have you tried that Proactive stuff they advertise all over the show? idk what its like, but seems like the miracle cure according to them.

toothpaste on a spot overnight will make it disappear, but done use the hardcore spearmint stuff or your face will be on fire.
you could try some natural recipes for exfoliants and cleaners, theres plenty of online recipes for making awesome ones with stuff you have in the house, i make a wicked oatmeal one sometimes thats real soothing.

Visit a dermatologist or get yourself pampered.

I recommend VIVA. They have a nice set to help keep your skin beautiful and radiant. They have cleanser, toner, moisturiser and sunblock. The last two are the most important I would say.

My friend’s sister used it (proactive). the second she stopped her acne got worse than what it was before.
Everyone’s different though.

I started using Oil of Olay TONER, when my face randomly broke out. It works great, the toner dries out the acne. :D
