Leave them alone. When they are comfortable enough to talk they will. I don’t talk about most of my problems. It is best to keep it inside and think about solutions until you get a plan on how to solve those problems.

I don’t need other peoples advice, mine is usually better.

They wont open up until they feel they can trust you. Build trust first. Try telling them something that you trust them with. When they tell you just listen. Dont judge them. Dont find solutions to the problem unless they ask you and everytime they have a problem they will come to you. Sometimes people just want to talk and sometimes they dont want to burden other people with there problems because it makes them feel weak. If its a man with the problem he typically plays the fix it role. He holds it inside and tries to fix it himself. He might open up to other guys.

Well i be having something bothering me everyday but some people judge me about it and just dont really belive me
